Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both you and to our drivers (whose livelihoods depend on confirmed bookings).
1. Local & airport transfer cancellations
- More than 4 hours before pickup: Full refund / no charge
- 2–4 hours before pickup: 25% cancellation fee
- Less than 2 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee
- No-show / driver waited at pickup: 100% charge
2. Outstation cancellations (one-way / round-trip)
- More than 24 hours before: Full refund / no charge
- 12–24 hours before: ₹500 cancellation fee (covers driver's lost slot)
- Less than 12 hours before: 25% of total fare
- Less than 4 hours / no-show: 50% of total fare
3. Multi-day tour cancellations
- More than 7 days before trip start: Full advance refunded
- 3–7 days before: 50% of advance retained
- Less than 3 days before: Full advance retained
- No-show / mid-trip cancellation by customer: No refund for incomplete portion
If hotels were booked through us, hotel cancellation policies apply separately and are non-refundable as per the hotel's terms.
4. Mid-trip cancellations and changes
If you cut a trip short:
- Outstation: Charged for actual km driven up to that point + return cost for the driver
- Multi-day tour: Charged for completed days + 50% of remaining days (we'll work with you)
Trip extensions or itinerary changes are accommodated whenever possible at standard rates. Please request changes at least 12 hours in advance.
5. Cancellations by us (rare)
If we have to cancel a confirmed booking due to vehicle breakdown, driver emergency, or unforeseen circumstances:
- We will arrange an alternative vehicle or driver wherever possible
- If no alternative is possible, you receive a full refund
- For multi-day tours, we may offer a free reschedule or partial credit for future trips
We do not provide additional compensation for missed flights, events, or other consequential damages — please keep buffer time for important commitments.
6. Force majeure
For cancellations or trip disruptions caused by:
- Natural disasters (floods, cyclones)
- Government restrictions, curfews, or lockdowns
- Strikes, riots, or political situations
- Major road closures or accidents on highways
- Pandemic-related restrictions
We will work with you to reschedule the trip without cancellation fees. Refunds for non-recoverable costs (hotels booked, etc.) follow respective vendor policies.
7. Refund processing
- UPI / bank transfer: Refund within 3–5 business days
- Credit/debit card: Refund within 7–14 business days (subject to bank processing time)
- Cash: Refund in cash or via UPI as preferred
Refunds are processed to the same payment method used for booking.
8. Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at info@rajmandircab.com or +91 97147 58497 within 7 days of the trip. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
9. Booking modifications
Date changes, vehicle upgrades, or itinerary additions can be requested at any time. Such changes are subject to availability and may involve adjusted pricing. We will quote any difference upfront.
