Terms & Conditions

By booking a taxi or tour with Rajmandir Tours & Travels ("Rajmandir Cabs", "we", "us"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking and confirmation

Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp, phone, or written communication. A booking is considered confirmed when we send you a confirmation message with vehicle and driver details. Verbal acknowledgments are not binding until confirmed in writing (WhatsApp counts).

2. Pricing

• All quoted fares include cab, fuel, and driver
• Toll, parking, and state taxes (where applicable) are billed at actuals on top of the quote
• Driver allowance for overnight trips: ₹400 per night (clearly mentioned upfront)
• For outstation: minimum 250 km/day average applies
• Local rentals: extra km at vehicle's per-km rate; extra hours at ₹150/hour
• Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date issued

3. Payment

Payment is accepted in cash, UPI, bank transfer, or card (where supported). For multi-day tours, an advance of 30–50% may be requested at the time of booking, with balance payable at trip start or end as agreed.

4. Vehicle assignment

While we make every effort to provide the exact vehicle requested, we reserve the right to substitute with an equivalent or upgraded vehicle if needed. You will be informed before the trip if a substitution is made.

5. Punctuality

Our drivers aim to arrive 5–10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. In case of unavoidable delay (traffic, breakdown), we will inform you immediately and arrange an alternative if possible.

6. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup, drop, and travel date information
• Be ready at the pickup point at the scheduled time
• Inform us of any changes at least 4 hours in advance
• Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect
• Not transport illegal goods, contraband, or hazardous materials
• Not exceed the seating capacity of the booked vehicle

7. Driver duty hours

For safety, our drivers follow these duty hour limits:

• Maximum continuous driving: 10 hours per day
• Minimum rest break: 30 minutes after 4 hours of driving
• Minimum rest between consecutive driving days: 8 hours

If your itinerary requires exceeding these, we may arrange an additional driver at extra cost.

8. Damage and cleanliness

You are responsible for keeping the vehicle clean during the trip. Significant cleaning charges (e.g., due to spills, vomiting, or food residue) may be billed: ₹500 for normal cleaning, ₹2,000+ for deep cleaning.

Damage to the vehicle caused by passenger negligence will be billed at actual repair cost.

9. Liability

Rajmandir Cabs is responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle and the conduct of the driver. We are not liable for:

• Loss of personal belongings (please keep valuables with you)
• Delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or political situations
• Missed flights/trains/events caused by such delays (we recommend keeping a buffer)
• Decisions made by passengers during the trip

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the value of the booking.

10. Insurance

All our vehicles carry comprehensive insurance and passenger insurance as required by Indian law. In the unlikely event of an accident, applicable claims will be processed through the insurance provider.

11. Disputes

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing that, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Existing bookings are governed by the terms in effect at the time of booking.
